Magnolia Electric Co. - “Talk To Me Devil, Again” (Live in Louisville, October 2008)
I saw Magnolia Electric Co. for the fifth time on Sunday night at the Hideout, and it was by far my favorite of the five times I have seen them. They put on a fucking awesome and loud show, and Jason Molina’s voice was pitch-perfect throughout the set. He looked really awesome, too (he was looking pretty rough a couple of years ago).
They did a crazy, rocking version of this song, and it’s definitely going into the top five most memorable performances I’ve ever seen.
The man does not ever miss a note.
